Chris Freytag: Hi! I am Chris Freytag, and I am going to share with you some of the personal shortcuts that I actually do in my life everyday, to get up and get moving. Now here's my alarm clock trick. What I do is I set and alarm right next to my bed, but we all know what happens on certain days, where you turn it off and fall back to sleep. So here's what I do, I set a second alarm to go off, five minutes later across the room. By the time that alarm goes off, I literally have to stand up and get out of bed and once I am standing, I am ready to get my day going. Another thing I do is I always my workout clothes ready right next to my bed. A pair of tennis shoes, an outfit. So all I have to do is get dressed and get going. No thinking about picking out an outfit. My favorite tip though is setting at my coffee pot to go off 10 minutes before my alarm clock does. You see then once I stand up, I go get that cup of coffee and it starts my day. Because really, how many of us get up, start the coffee pot and then we think I'll just lay back down while that coffee brews. And the next thing you now, an hour passes. Use these tips to get yourself going every single morning, because one of my favorite thing the early bird gets the worm.
