Real Questions Chad: I was wondering how long after dating a woman would it be okay to introduce her to my children. Pio Andreotti: Chad, generally I think the length of time is less important than how comfortable you are with a woman you are seeing. If you feel that it’s something that might continue, then you might want to consider introducing her to your children. Also, consider how comfortable your children are in this situation; whether you’ve discussed it with him before, whether this is the first time you are bringing someone home. All of those factors can really aid in you recognizing when would be the best time to transition this new woman whose in your life into your new family.
