Question: I have pain in the lower part of stomach and my lower back. The pain feels like it shifts in my stomach from side to side every 30 minutes or so. It always hurts in my lower back on both sides though. Also, I have some diarrhea. It almost always hurts only in the morning before I leave for school and then for the first 15 minutes of school- usually not any other time of the day. I thought it might be IBS or diverticulitis, what do you think? Could it be something else?
