We always served on Thanksgiving and Christmas and we always made boxes for other families for Christmas and it was just a part of my child hood. Female: Jennifer Garner says doing good has always been a way of life for her from growing up in West Virginia to putting her fame behind her philanthropy in LA. It something she plans to pass on to daughters Violet and Seraphina. Jennifer Garner: I think that it should be a part of every child. Children need to learn empathy. I have a girl crush on Natalie Portman for quite a while now Female: Eva Mendes, Natalie Portman, Katie and Ms. Garner were all honored for their commitment to different causes but when it came to the women in their life you may look up to the picks were close to their home than Hollywood. Katie Holmes: My mom and so I brought her today. Jennifer Garner: I idolized my mom and I idolized my big sister.
