Male: It’s another DIY Network Desperate Landscapes great tip. Jason Cameron: Hi, I'm Jason Cameron. One of my favorite machines to fix some landscape is Bobcat. But you have a few thing to keep in mind before renting one. First off, even though these machines are small, one flick of the wrist can do a lot of damage. Your rental company probably has the training video available. And I strongly suggest watching it before jumping into the driver’s seat. Male: Take your left foot and then just kind of push down (inaudible 00:28) Jason Cameron: Keep in mind, these machines can really do some damage to your lawn. The tread stays straight all the time meaning one or more of them has the skid when turning. I suggest mapping out the best way to use it that would create the least amount damage. And when parking, make sure to drop the bucket all the way to the ground before turning the machine off. Leaving it in the air is an invitation for trouble.
