WRC has more on the investigation . “The Federal Aviation Administration says the planes, all operated by U.S. Airways, came within seconds of a midair collision Tuesday afternoon. Air traffic controllers rerouted the planes because of bad weather south of the airport.” Alleged theater shooter, James Holmes’ psychiatrist alerted the University of Colorado about his behavior in June. KUSA explains . “Dr. Lynne Fenton, identified in a court document as James Holmes’ psychiatrist, did take her concerns apparently to members of the campus’ behavioral evaluation and threat assessment team back in June.” Conflicting reports out of Spain, where local media say three suspected members of al-Qaeda have been arrested. Here’s Al Jazeera . “The Spanish media is reporting they were found with explosives and poison in the town of La Linea in southern Spain. But police have so far denied that.” The European Central Bank meets today amid speculation that it will announce new steps to tackle the debt crisis. Euronews reports . “The overriding fear is that Spain could need a full bailout, dwarfing those of Greece, Ireland and Portugal.”
