Number eight, Jigsaw and Billy the Puppet from Saw, he is an old dying cancer patient that loves puppets and this responsible for the grizzly deaths of a lot of terrified people. Sure, he doesn’t actually kill anyone with his own hands but his traps and challenges go well above frightening.
