Tina Seelig is the executive director for the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), the entrepreneurship center at Stanford University's School of Engineering, where she focuses on developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. She also has the opportunity to teach students at Stanford in her course on Creativity and Innovation. In this segment she explains the need for teaching negotiation in school.
