Our next lower body move is called the Sumo. Now, to get into position, I want you to picture those Japanese wrestlers when they hit the ring. They land down, nice big stance. What we are going to do is we are going to pivot to the back and then to the front. So, nice and low, you are going to come up tall, and then land soft and low. Up tall then soft and low, okay. So, let us try it. Are you ready? So we are down. Here we go, and up we go, down. And now, we are going to take it to the other direction. Ready? Pivot to the back, up and down you guys, get up! This lower body move is called the Sumo. Squats are great lower body exercise. Let us review the key points when trying to perform these moves. Position feet, shoulder width apart, stand with your chest up, keep the knees balanced over the feet and attempt to sit back, like you would onto a chair.
