The Biggest Loser - Diet Tips Lindsey: Hi everyone! Lindsey Caldwell here bringing you the Halloween Hollyscoop from the red carpet at the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation. Do you have any new kind of diet fads that you follow or anything that makes you stay in shape? Female: Yeah, well, as a Biggest Loser we really sort of avoid the idea of fads. We think that each is really important to be consistent and to find a lifestyle that suits you and you can really commit to for the rest of your life. I think it’s always fun to try new exercises that are being sited as like I tried different work outs. I do different things to challenge my body in different ways so that’s really fun. Right now, I'm really into spin class. I think that’s such a healthy and clean workout for me that I get involved in on like sort of deeper level than just an exercise and it’s almost like meditative. Lindsey: Do you have a guilty pleasure? Female: Yeah but -- sure, of course, everybody odes that but for me, I would think it’s like home baking is good. Lindsey: Home bake is good. Female: I love baking cookies on my side, I have to get rid of them as quickly as possible but it’s like I love the whole thing. I love baking. I love doing it. Lindsey: Enjoying some days of our lives to reality keep you -- how is it different and what -- Female: It’s totally different. It’s a completely different experience. Acting is the character you planted in someone else’s words and you really are doing all these outrageous fun things but it’s not you. On reality TV, it’s you which is a really big difference and of course, obviously the stories -- they’re both very emotional which is something I am familiar with like but when you're doing hosting, it’s really not your story to tell so you're really kind of just trying to help facilitate the emotion. Lindsey: Right and that’s the Halloween scoop from Hollyscoop.
