I’d like to know why many fitness experts believe that eating six more meals a day is better for weight loss than eating one large meal a day if the calorie count is the same. Lawrence Cheskin: Tonya that’s a good question because if indeed the calorie count were exactly the same and given compensate forward by doing something different exercising more and eating more the next day etc. then it should make any real difference in the amount of weight change that you get. However when people only eat one meal a day that’s a pattern associated with obesity people who eat one meal a day tend to be heavier and it maybe impart because they are not spreading out there calories so they do get hungrier towards the end of the day when they may typically have eat your meat and they meat your skip after that into the evening.
