A teenage girl was fatally shot Monday night on Chicago’s South Side. 16-year aold Taylor Fitting's grandmother, Susan Tranchita, says the teen went out with friends and promised not to be home late. That was the last time Tranchita saw her granddaughter alive. Police say Taylor was shot twice in the head around 9:25 p.m. near the 11200 block of South Normal Avenue. She was riding in a car with friends, when a gunman opened fire on the car.
