A high school student in Moreno Valley has been arrested for allegedly making violent threats to shoot and kill his teacher. A teacher at Canyon Springs High School reported on Monday that 18-year-old Fernando Hernandez wrote a note containing threats to shoot her. That teacher immediately reported the incident and gave the note to the School Resource Officer. The officer detained Hernandez and conducted an investigation.
