Chris: Hello! My name is Chris from the University of Pittsburgh. My question is what are the early symptoms of Parkinson's disease? David Charles: Hi Chris, thanks for your question. Parkinson's disease is a condition that starts with very, very mild symptoms at first. The first symptoms must often are tremor in one hand or the other. Other symptoms of Parkinson's disease can be stiffness in the muscles, slow movement and difficulty in walking. But tremor is usually the first symptom.
