Hey, its Enzo F. Cesario with the Brand Splat video report. Today, I want to talk to you about what you can do as a small business owner or a medium size business owner to increase your reach with your customers. One thing that I do is, I look at what the big boys are doing or the people that are doing it right. One company that I think is doing a really fine job online, and they do a fine job offline too, is Chick-fil-A which is one of the largest, I think it’s the second largest chicken-based fast food restaurant in United States. What they do great is they entertain on the television commercials and their billboards. That’s kind of a one-way communication thing, but they also have a two-way conversation with their people online. So, let me start with looking—I think we can look at their website. The website is pretty real ‘buzz,’ it’s a great information tool, sometimes they run their promotions out of it, really nice, it’s a fine website. Assuming that you have one and you're doing the same thing and just, as well. There are other things that these guys are doing to kind create a conversation with their loyal customers and their potential clients. If you look at there social media aspect, their Twitter account, they're broadcasting statements from their customers, they are—you know, if somebody is ordering something online, they will say, “Hey, somebody in Texas just ordered some great food online”. That’s neat, they're giving their customers a platform or voice. Also, their Facebook page is huge, they have a huge fan base, it’s kind of a hub where their customers can come in and chat with each other and talk about the brand and help actually build the brand. Lastly, there is a new micro site that they just launched recently. I think I blog about it and it is eatmorechicken.com. It’s hosted by their famous cows who take management into their own hubs. But it is a fun entertaining site that, you know, gets you involved. And you can tell, there's an interaction in the play—back and fort. So, just to kind of wrap up, Chick-fil-A does a really fine job of having multiple digital assets online and what they do is they start a conversation. You can do the same thing with your business online with social media with a micro site. Even, you know, maybe it’s an email campaign, but you have to remember, you got to give people something, you got to give them a coupon, you got to give them a reason to come back, you got to give them a platform to have their voice heard. These are simple things that a brand can do to get people interested in them and they’ll reward you with their loyalty if you give them stuff. So, it doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, you know, if you have a coupon campaign, maybe that does cost a money but the rewards will be multiplied. So, again, thanks again, I'm wrapping it up. This Enzo F. Cesario, we’ll see you next time.
