According to sources, Denise was concerned with Charlie’s recent legal problems, marital issues and his battled the sub rights and wants a full legal custody of six year old Sam and four year old Lola, Sheen has signed off of the deal and getting challenge the request which is surprising considering they’re less than amicable relationship. In the past, Sheen has challenge several of Denise’s decisions concerning the kids. One of which was to have him appear in her reality show, “It’s Complicated”. Now Denise no longer has to consult with Charlie when it comes to make decisions about schooling, their health or to take them out of the country. With Charlie’s on going drama with current wife Brook Mueller and a threat of jail time looming, two less things to worry about is probably a good thing.
