And it's no wonder, the ex-spice girl never goes anywhere without her high-priced heels, whether she's on the red carpet, shopping in the streets, jetting out of town, or even just taking the kids out for ice cream. Victoria loves her sky-high heels, but according to footwear company Chanel, 71% of people polled felt that she have the worst celebrity toes and an alarming 67% thought she should have urgent surgery to fix her biggies. Well, if she decides to get the surgery, at least she can borrow husband David’s crutches.
