Smoky Eye Tutorial: Best Colors For Green Eyes Host: The smoky eye is a classic but to put a spin on it, international make up artist and fashion week veteran Uzo is here to show us how to add some color. Uzo: The key took here, take sunshine of green or hazel eye is to use colors within the same color family to really make the eyes pop. For that colorful smoky eye on green eyes or hazel eyes, we’re going to use olive browns or mustard. The first step that we’re going to do is to apply a musk green colored eye shadow which is a pre shadow to the upper eye lid. You use a synthetic brush, blending the color upwards and outwards. A clean shadow allows other eye shadows to blend seamlessly and now going to apply a powder shadow in a different shade of green to the eyes more of the mustard color to really extenuate and compliment the face shadow I just did. I’m adding a little bit more dimension and depth. Next we’re going to dip into the same eye shadow with the blending brush and blend. The next step is to use an eye liner pencil to really help extenuate and intensify the smoky eye. We’re going to add a little bit more depth at the lash line to give it a little bit more of smokiness. The next step is to smudge that pencil liner with a shadow to set it, the final step is that perfect mascara, apply to the lower lashes. I hope you use these basic techniques to add a packet color to your smoky eyes. Host: Thank you so much Uzo. Uzo: You’re welcome.
