Audrey and Ryan head over to Posh for some jewelry shopping. Owner and Jewelry maker, Jessica Hicks, is known for her craftsmanship and dedication. Her unique look and style has stars of Hollywood wearing her jewelry as well.

Shopping for Jewelry at Posh in Nantucket Jessica: Hi, Audrey. How are you? Audrey: Hi, Jess. How are you? Jessica: I'm doing great. Hi, Ryan. Ryan: Hi Jess, nice to see you. Jessica: Nice to see you too. Audrey: Beautiful, nice space you have here. Jessica: Yes, we’re really excited to be here on South Water Street. Audrey: And so do you have enough space here to work on all the jewelry on location? Jessica: We do and that was one of the big reasons why I decided to move here so that we can actually work on the premises. Audrey: And you make all the jewelry here yourself? Jessica: I do, I make all the jewelry myself. Why don’t you come in the back and see what I'm working on. Audrey: So what are you making here Jessica? Jessica: I am working on a bracelet. So right now, what I do is actually draw out the shapes that I want to cut out and then I saw them. Audrey; And what materials are you working with? Jessica: This is sterling silver, all the original pieces that I make. I fabricate out of sterling silver and then I can have them cast in gold or also another silver. Ryan: How would you characterize your designs Jess? Jessica: I guess I really just love different shapes and patterns like whether it's a pattern from nature or just a shape like this random pattern that I have going here. I just kind of let it take its own course. Audrey: So how long you’d been making jewelry? Jessica: I've been making jewelry for about 16 years. I went to -- and majored in jewelry and metals. And I've just been making jewelries since then. I've had the store for about three years. Audrey: Since Jessica Hicks makes all of her own jewelry, there is always something new to find at Posh. Jessica: And you said you are looking for some earrings for yourself? Audrey: I am. I'm looking for some new earrings. Ryan: Something that caught your eye before? Audrey: Yes. Jessica: I have something over here. Audrey: Okay. Jessica: These are the Lorraine Hoops with the black pearl accents along the edges. Audrey: I think those are the ones. Jessica: Great let's go over the counter and I write you up. Audrey: Perfect.
