I have had these two pin-prick sized red dots on my right eyelid for a couple days now. I had been crying for about 20 minutes when I first noticed them. They are so tiny that it is hard to tell if they resemble broken capillaries. What could these marks be? Will they ever go away? What can I do? ICYOU.com's Valerie Scott, M.D. answers.
