PSR 6/22/10: Tom Gives In to Suri, Kristen Sad to Say Bye to Bella, & Cameron's Gulf Help Karli: Tom gives in to Suri and takes Katie out, Kristen and Taylor gets sad about the end of Twilight and Cameron and Nicole raise money to help clean up the gulf. Hey there everybody! I’m Karli and this is your Pop Sugar Rush brought to you today by Starbucks Cappuccino. Tom Cruise: I say to Suri, “You really should eat this protein and I really want you to eat this protein if you’re going to have that sugar” and this is how it ends up, she looks at me and she goes, “Dad, I really don’t think you should try to force me to do something I don’t want to do.” Karli: Tom Cruise says reasoning with four-year-old Suri doesn’t always work because she’s known to have some pretty convincing comebacks. Tom Cruise: And I’m like, “Okay, well, that should be really good for you”. Karli: Tom talked to kids during his appearance on Good Morning America today but last night, it was all about Katie. The sunglass-wearing superstar couples spent the evening out together. And Tom sweetly helped Katie out of the car and held her hand as they arrived home to their New York City apartment. Karli: Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner tell fans at an event last night in Stockholm that they’ll be sad to see Bella and Jacob go once they’re done filming Breaking Dawn. All the Twilight stars seemed to have connected with their characters and Nikki and Jackson told us they’re anxious to share their back stories in Eclipse. Jackson Rathbone: The flashbacks. I’ve really enjoyed filming it and it’s fun to play human and turn into a vampire. Karli: Nikki however is a bit nervous to see how the three day shoot turned out. Nikki Reed: It was a bit intimidating just because I thought like I have a lot to live up to and you’ll never know if you’re doing it right. Jackson Rathbone: I really I want to see most of these back story too because I saw the story board and it looked amazing. Karli: We’re excited to see it too. Eclipse comes out in just over a week. Cameron Diaz: And seeing what’s going on there makes me sad and mad and sick at heart. Karli: Cameron Diaz makes an emotional plea for donations to help clean up the gulf oil spill during last night’s telecom on American Life. Nicole Richie: Every little bit counts. Karli: Nicole Richie was also on hand answering phones so was Pete Wentz who had lighten the mood a little, saying wife Ashlee Simpson is a huge True Blood fan and is ready to give big after seeing Sam Trammell on the panel. Male: She was going to make a generous donation with a little picture of Sam over there. Karli: There were several helpings of World Cup—in today’s game between France and South Africa. On the field, South Africa won but when it comes to sad ads, we call it tie.
