On his second day in Africa, Pope Benedict visited the tomb of one Benin's most famous Christian sons -- Cardinal Bernardin Gantin. The pontiff drew pilgrims from across Tunisia, Nigeria and the Ivory Coast. Voodoo worshipers also waited outside many of the pope's stops in Ouidah, the city considered the capital of Voodoo in West Africa. Inside the cathedral, he signed a papal document on Africa. While the text touched on AIDS, it did not directly address the issue of condom use.
