Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is more popularly known as Kate, on Wednesday (November 20) met with experts in building children's confidence during a charity visit. As Patron of Place2Be, Kate spoke with charity workers who focus on building resilience and emotional strength in young people. The Duchess discussed the group's work addressing cyberbullying, self harm, helping parents produce strong and well-adjusted children, raising aspirations and preventing addictions.

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is more popularly known as Kate, on Wednesday (November 20) met with experts in building children's confidence during a charity visit. As Patron of Place2Be, Kate spoke with charity workers who focus on building resilience and emotional strength in young people. The Duchess discussed the group's work addressing cyberbullying, self harm, helping parents produce strong and well-adjusted children, raising aspirations and preventing addictions. Place2Be provides school-based mental health and emotional support services which support 75,000 children in over 200 schools across some of the most deprived areas in the UK. Kate and her husband Prince William had their first child, Prince George in July. William has just left the Royal Air Force and moved to London to focus on royal duties.
