Description
Interlock your fingers in front of your chest and then straighten your arms and turn the palms of your hands outwards. The forearms, wrists and fingers comprise a multitude of small muscles, tendons and ligaments. Do not over stretch this area by applying too much force too quickly. Hold the stretch position for a minimum of 20 seconds.

Male Speaker: This stretch requires you to interlock your fingers. And raise your arms to a position in front of your chest. Slowly straighten your arms while turning the palms of your hand outward. Hold. Return your arms to your sides and relax.
