One on One with Wyclef Jean: Yיle Haiti Foundation Brian Corsetti: You get a lot of things with Matt Damon in Haiti. You got any other charities you got going on? Wyclef Jean: I mean right now, basically we’re focusing with the Yéle Haiti. Basically, it's a start of a new year and basically where I'm trying to go with this charity that I got and the next goal that I want to do is try to raise money so we can actually build the physical facility. So, I want to start working on building a school. It's called the Yéle Center. So hopefully, I could start the fund raiser in six months. I should have the model for exactly what's it's going to be because I wanted to be something which is sustainable. Brian Corsetti: For kids? Wyclef jean: For kids and the idea is one person got to me out of Haiti. You know my parents brought me to America and then I took the dream back to Haiti. If I can just save one kid from that school and get them next Wyclef, the next Shakira, I'm going to be satisfied man. Brian Corsetti: Any more play dates with the Jolie-Pitt kids? Wyclef Jean: I don’t know, not yet, not yet. But big shout out to Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt—Matt Damon, Petra Nemcova, my daughter Angelina, my wife Claudinette. Yo! This is your boy Wyclef Jean and that’s the scoop from Hollyscoop.
