Description

Jesslyn, who has Down syndrome, was in class at Millbridge Elementary Friday when one of her teacher’s cut her hair. Her mother says she was very fond of her hair and can hardly look in the mirror at herself. The school is not giving a straight answer as to why the teacher cut it.
