Ronda: The first house that we look that in Praiano was certainly in move in ready condition, didn’t need any work done at all. Bill: It’s in perfect condition and in excellent kitchen, I love the kitchen. Ronda: Beautiful view but it wasn’t quite artist of we have renovated that we probably do a little differently. You know it was the highest price tell me look that but certainly the paint is not been finish and it did have a thousand steps. Bill: And you are also for approximately to the town. Ronda: Yeah, very much so. Female: The second place they saw is priceless at $735,000 it has four bedrooms and almost one bath and 3000 square feet. As much larger than the first home but it’s also know more near move in ready condition. Ronda: The house of the top of the hill. Bill: Wow, a lot of steps. Ronda: Had a lot of steps, it also needed a lot of work when started to mention the only way to get materials up there with donkeys and the ox it’s kind of pinch of a periodical picture what you are going to deal with but we did like the home. In the end it could be a very grand vacation home. Bill: Yup. Female: There third option is the smallest at 650 square feet and need some renovations but it comes with its own olive grow. Price $885,000, it has two bedrooms and one bath. Grace: The second house in Praiano— Bill: The one on the hill. Grace: Yeah, was certainly small and it was near moving ready, it needed some work in the basement. Bill: The view was incredible. Grace: The view is great. Bill: Really, that was the gorgeous view. Grace: The grounds around it were lovely. Bill: A little bit small but it could work. Female: So which one they’ve choose? Grace: The house that we picked was. Bill: The Conca house, it was the great decision. We are so trailed with this house. Grace: We absolutely relish in the decision we made. We already love it but it is the project. We’ve got about three years left before we finish. And we think we’re going to have about four bedrooms, three baths and the main residence and then if we do make the chicken house into another guest room will have five bedrooms. This is our temporary quarters because it is— obviously the newer part of the home and we’re going to stay here while they do all the restoration on the old part. We are planning to spend a lot more time here so we are moving in a lot more things and making a little bit more like home. Bill: Because of the stairs we haven’t have a chance to really bring our things to the house but we’ve been so lucky to find the you know common things and things that were already here so we sort of maybe use of those and that’s been fun. Grace: We here we are and we actually live here, this is our backyard, I mean this is it. Bill: Can you believe it.
