(Music playing) Male: From the concepts in Wing Chun can easily be insulated with other Martial Arts in cross training. Some of the things like Chisa for instance is quite considered unique to Wing Chun but in fact the responses we derived from that are usably in any situation with any Martial Artist wherein you have a fighting skill. If we are training Chisa here, we can keep it everything is nice and neat and tidy here when we are practicing our role and we can train a various technique and we can play all day with Chisa. At the end of the day, we have to think that we are actually training for specific reason, we are trying to train particular attributes in fighting skills. Wing Chun tends to be over used in Chisa, tends to be over used in Wing Chun. Some people will play Chisa all the time and I think that that will try him to fight, it would not. If Jamie is attacking me here, and he aggresses me, doing Chisa with him will not help me at all, what I need to do if he is being aggressive here, is aggressive back and attack him. My Chisa skills come in when he interrupts my attack so if I go to strike here and that gets interrupted, this is where the Chisa skills and the sensitivity come in. If I am starting from a sensible perspective here, when an attack comes in here, if I cannot hit here because this gets interrupted here then this is where the Chisa skills will come in. I must never lose sight in the fact that what I am trying to do is attack. Once the talking is over and assuming you are a decent citizen, if you try and do anything other than attacking the other person you will get beat in. If my attack comes out and I get stopped here, Chisa teaches me to find the next line. The idea of Chisa is to find the way through, it helps you find, help you stop getting log jam is the phrase that every use when they end up in a situation and I do not know what to do and I am still frozen. Here, Chisa teaches you to find the next easiest most natural movements, if you are going to continue the fight. If you do not train any Chisa you can end up without the natural ability to float, Chisa should teach you to float. Looking at cross training elements, if you do not train with other Martial Artist, for instance if you are a grappler, if I try and teach Chisa with you now, if I have never trained with a grappler before, I am going to start trying to do all the wrong things that are going to get taken down. If I got a bit skill of fighting with grappler now, I can still make and use my sensitivity to control an element of control here but again, if Kev, if I am boxing Kevin’s in this Wing Chun he can still use the techniques because he is used to training with other start to fight as if. You are still using the same basic Wing Chun principles but is applying them in the same way as he normally will be using it, he pretty train with other fighters, other staff and he knows how to fight with that. Male 2: Trapping is an incidental method of training that can be taken advantage of once the distance is being cover. So when we go here, one, pose on Gunting and then elbow like this. Number two, we go vertical Gunting and then we could trap and then we can elbow. So when we go vertical we can hit and then elbow like this and obvious you can go to the break and the head and so forth.
