Hollyscoop caught up with Mario Lopez at the Svedka Vodka's "R.U. Bot Or Not?" Battle Of The Bots in Hollywood. He talked to us about Hosting the Event and his fears of Fatherhood. Interview by Nicole Seidman.

Mario Lopez Hosts Svedka's "R.U. Bot Or Not?"Party Host: Mario Lopez just brought out his beautiful pregnant girlfriend for the very first time and we talked to parenthood and his biggest fatherhood fears. Can you tell us about hosting the event tonight, are you excited? Mario Lopez: Yeah, it’s fun. It’s going to be a good night. Host: Kardashians are awesome, who do you think would win in a row between the two girls, Kim or Kourtney? Mario Lopez: Oh my gosh. Host: Yes, it’s competition but who can take it there? Mario Lopez: I don’t know. I think that would be a very non-entertaining fight. They’re seemed to be a little too nice. Host: I think you’re right about that. Can you tell us about your book Extra Lean, what is the number one tip you can give me real quick? Mario Lopez: Well, I have three rules or tips. I don’t know if there is really one and that one is two eat carbs, protein, and fat in every meal. Two, eat frequently throughout the day. And three, control your portions, but it’s all about embracing food because I love food and people should love food and you take your journey with food. You just kind of come in the wind—and help you out with that. Host: Have you gain any pregnancy weight? Any sympathy weight with your girlfriend? Mario Lopez: No, it’s tribrachius—a little bit weight. I've got a lot of tips and we have a whole thing of people just giving me advice. I'm a little overwhelmed but there is no real blueprint, so I'm just going to pray and hope to do best. Host: It’s all you can do, you’re going to be an have amazing parents. So, are you guys going to be SUV or mini-van parent? Mario Lopez: We got SUV right now, not yet, yet. Host: You don’t need to go there. I have two kids, there’s no need for mini-vans. Mario Lopez: Okay. Host: Yeah. Mario Lopez: What’s your advice then? Host: My advice to you is just love nap, and take naps, take a lot of naps. Mario Lopez: I'm a big fan of the nap. Alright that’s a good one— Host: Especially when there are newborns because they eat, they sleep, sleep when they sleep. Mario Lopez: Okay. Good.
