Cars went up in flames in a Westchester County neighborhood after an early morning lightning storm downed a power line around 1:30. The live line threw so many sparks and so much heat, it caught one parked car on fire. Then that fire caused a ripple effect, catching 2 more cars on fire. Officials say, when the power line hit the pavement the heat was so intense, it caused the gas main line to rupture.
