Learn About the Preposition of Place ON Hi everyone and welcome to Making Grammar Easier. So today I’m going to be talking to you about another preposition of place. And today’s preposition of place will be the word ‘on’. So in this video I’m going to be talking to you about the preposition of place ‘on’. So when can we use the preposition of place ‘on’. Well we can use it when we want to talk about surface or surfaces. Let me give you some examples of this, on the wall, on the table, on the floor, on the shelf, on the ceiling. So we can see here in this picture, we have pictures on the wall. So we have pictures on the wall. And here we can see there is a clock on the wall. There is a clock on the wall. So here we have some sentences now, ‘Your book is on the table.’ ‘I live on the 14 floor’. ‘The cat was sitting on his lap’. So let’s have a summary of what you’ve seen in this video today. So we’ve been looking at the preposition of place ‘on’. The preposition of place ‘on’ can be used when we talk about surface. Now I want you to watch this video at least five times please.
