Karli: Kate responds to Jon, a Glee sneak peek and message from Cory, and Britney parties in Palm Springs. Hey there, I’m Karli and this is your Popsugar rush. Kate Gosselin: My reaction to that is that I’m a working mom and cameras are on me so people catch me traveling and working. I’ve got to work harder now than ever because I am a single mom. Karli: During a taped interview that aired this morning on the Today Show, Kate Gosselin dismisses Jon’s claims that she has become an absentee mother while filming Dancing with the Stars and working on her other TV projects. Jon is suing Kate for full custody of their eight kids. Both parents are doing a Pennsylvania court late next month. In this sneak peek of tonight’s new episode of Glee __ the target of Rachel’s emotionally charged rendition of the All American Rejects’ Gives you Hell. She may not have been wearing the right color but a new video posted by a fan on YouTube shows Brit smiling and enjoying herself. She attended the event to support Swedish pop singer Agnes who reportedly has the same manager. Conan O’Brien opens his Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour in Eugene Oregon, Monday night. The same day, he announced his bringing his late night to TBS. So far, Coco has gotten rave reviews for the tour. In this YouTube video posted by an audience member, he jokes about loving being back in front of the crowd. Jessica Simpson: I am in the best place I’ve ever been in my life, like I’m soaring, I’m so happy, I’m just glad that I can actually be myself. Karli: Jessica Simpson was glowing with good energy at Good Housekeeping Shine On celebration in New York City to mark the magazine’s 125th anniversary and salute women. Jess slipped on a strapless mini for the event with best friend Kent Davis as her date. Hilary Duff, Kristen Belle and Meryl Streep also stepped out for the celebration. Jessica Simpson: I really had to keep my cool, like I was doing everything with any kind of people, but give a little bit of stab with it. Karli: The latest episode of Jessica’s Show aired on VH1 last night as well—and although there was drama when a Moroccan woman called Jessica’s outfit inappropriate, Jess still sees herself as a role model. Jessica Simpson: If I can be a good woman and really understand myself, know myself and encourage other women to do the same, that’s why I’m here.
