Johnny Knoxville & 'The Situation' - Release Party; 'Wild and Wonderful Whites' Jessica Igoe: I think the world can learn that no matter how crazy your family is that they are still you know blood is thicker than water. In the sense that, there is still this connection between them even though they are still outlandish and so kind of other worldly almost that they still kind of beat off each other and support each other, and there is something kind of sweet about that. It is troubling and yet sweet. I don’t know. Johnny Knoxville: The Wild and Wonderful Whites West Virginia, the White family is charismatic bunch of outlaws. I was fascinated by the first documentary on Jesco White about 20 years ago, the day its an outlaw and I got to meet Julien Nitzberg who worked on the original documentary and we got to talking and we thought maybe we should go back up there and see what Jesco and the family is up to now. They are living really hard. You know it is a lot of emotions in this film because I mean there is some funny stuff there some really sad stuff, there is just mind blowing things you are dealing with. But we wanted to be an act or portrait of what their life is like in West Virginia. They are 24/7, they are on. It is not like the cameras there and they were like “Hey, let us put on”, no. It is just like that’s how they lived, that’s who they are and like I said it is honest. Nancy Schafer: This is a film about is about this outlaw family in West Virginia. They are incredibly beguiling. They are very interesting, they are very titillating. But there is a lot of humanity and the reason that you fall in love with the film is that the director has done an amazing job not only portraying what is fascinating about them but what also they are really about. What their true character is. It is not just you know titillating drug and gun running story which it is they is up but it is also about a family and how they grappled with the real world issues. Mike Sorrentino I wanted to come out and support you know, my fellow MTV people and I'm actually big fan. The whole Jackass crew and everything and-- so I just like I said I've been here for like two weeks-- I heard it was going down, I was like I came here to see. I’ve got to show a little support to like you fell off -- and what not. I actually I will get home for a Thanksgiving and spend with my family which I am pretty excited you know I am always like traveling a lot and then perhaps after Thanksgiving I’ll come right back out to LA to film some commercial or something. Cool stuff. Arielle Kebbel: I'm a big fan of Tribeca Film Festival and I have been hearing nothing but amazing things about this film. So I am looking forward to it. Well everything with these people involve seems to be pretty crazy, I like crazy. I'm from Florida it is good. Curt Menefee: I am fan of the Jackass movies and so when I heard that Johnny Knoxville was actually executive producing another film, I decided to come out and check it out.
