Fitness guru Jillian Michaels is blending both of her worlds, motherhood and exercise. The mom of newborn son Phoenix and two-year-old daughter Lukensia innovatively uses her babies' bodyweight to build her muscles. "Being a new mom, my fitness regime has taken a bit of a hit. I try to get creative with it, like, I'll carry my daughter up and down the stairs," she laughed. "Or when I'm trying to put her to sleep I'll do squats with her."
