Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody I'm Melanie Raposo, and welcome to the pregnancy show, you can't talk about a New Year without mentioning the New Year's resolution. And normally when some one makes a new years resolution they give something up, but today we are doing things a little differently, with the help of life coach and author Judy Librach we give you moms out there some positive new years resolutions you'll want to bye, bye to help you and your family have a less stressful and have your year in 2008. Judy Librach: It's a blank new white page its fresh, its new its exciting and vigarating the sky is the limit and we all have things that we want to change. But some how in November doesn't to see impossible, January is a new begging, and new beginnings are a great place to start and one other things that I tell people my life coaching clients is don't have 20 new year's resolutions. Because you probably wont be able to need all of them but choose 2-3 top resolutions that you really dying to achieve and chances are you will, because it's a focus number its something that's realistic its possible and that would be the beginning of your rich list, you can always add other things to your rich list as you go along, but begin with 2-3 great resolutions.
