Erick Michielson: So you’ve written your second book proposal and after now that you have your first books out. What did you learn from the whole first proposal process that you think is going to help you the second time around? Rachel Lehmann-Haupt: I think I came up with a technique, a structural technique and a reporting style and a voice that I can use for the next one that is good and you know I definitely—I feel more confident about it.
