Other things that have tryptophan are turkey, other things that can help that our home remedies are a warm bath, some limiting your caffeine intake before you go to bed, not exercising before you go to bed, basic things like that and there’s sleep hygiene rules that you should also follow, keeping the same bed time and wake time everyday and not getting out of your bed you can’t fall asleep an d going to a different environment.
