Just bring up your browser and just head on over to launchpad.net. launchpad.net/ubuntu/cormic when you go there its going to automatically refer you on https secure server and you’ll see—you know and get kind of familiar with the system and when you find the bug in the system you can report just by clicking on report a bug. Its always a good practice and people are going to tell you this specially if you file one that’s already been filed. First do a search make sure that the bug that your filing has not already been filed, if it has then add your experience to an already existing bug report. If on the other hand you can’t find it and you truly have looked through and you can't find that the bug has been reported already then you can add a new bug report and that’s going to you know of course help to develop, there is to be able to improve the operating system in the long run.
