It took you a long time to get out of shape. It’s going to take you a long time to get in shape so take it little by little. The most important thing is to get off that couch and out of your house. I can see some people getting intimidated walking to some health clubs whether they see these big mass of people working out. It is never too late to start working out but you want to follow a routine same time every morning. Three times a week same time in the evening but make it a habit in a ritual and I guarantee you want is different because you will feel better. You might think you’re feeling good but you don’t know what it’s like to feel very good and the very beginning you will feel just a little. You might feel a lot of breath. You might feel soreness in your legs and you going to want to quit. Don’t quit because in the long run you will feel much better and live a long life.
