John Mangano: Staging a bar area in the kitchen will add an element of excitement and creativity. Allowing home buyers to invest in them selves, entertaining family and friends now you know everyone want to use real alcohol in staging let me show you an easy trick. Also you need a soda in water, combine one part of soda to about four quarts of water. You don’t want gamers to get the wrong impression so putting on there is saying that this item is not contain any alcohol as you see me here. Now for the ice bucket a few of drill to fill up the ice and don’t melt in less than hour. So fill the ice bucket with the blue rock and put the handful of think ice. Place two rocks glasses and fill with it fake in the cocktails thirsty. And now for a garnishing station, my place small cutting board along with the thick lemon, a paper knife, a bar towel and the bar manual. Here is how I made the fake knife, on a great piece of cart stock paper I trace an outline of a plastic knife and cut it out. Then I added some glitter paint to make the knife look like stainless steel. To finish smooth up the glitter with a piece of paper or a paint brush, this is a simple staging technique that will make your kitchen stand out from the rest. I’m John Mangano wishing you happy staging.
