Host: What temperature should a baby's bath water be? Dr. Ann Kellams: So the best answer to that is not too warm and not to cold. You want it to feel warm to the touch so where if you put it on your forearm which is a very sensitive place on your body it does not feel it all hot or scalding and you also don't want it to be cold or shocking to the baby. So I would run the water, feel with your forearm and make sure it's just to the point of being lukewarm.
