If you're pumping your breast milk learn how to prepare the milk properly for baby's feeding time.
Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody! I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. It's time to feed your baby and you're going to use the breast milk that you've stored. If you've kept it in the freezer, to thaw it out, run the container under warm water, never microwave your milk or put in a pot to boil. Before putting it in the container shake it well, and test it for temperature. Lastly never refreeze thawed milk but you can refrigerate it for up to 24 hours after it has been thawed.
