Paula Deen: This recipe that I am going to share with everybody today is called Symphony Brownies. It's like a divine brownie. And we are going to start with just a prepackaged brownie mix. Now I happen to like the chewy brownies. You can find those in your Dessert section at the grocery store. And I am just going to add a couple of eggs, just going to crack those, put those in there. I am going to add about a quarter of a cup of water and a third of the cup of olive oil. Jamie Deen: That's it? Paula Deen: Yeah, I have got a mix around here. Jamie Deen: How about these giant candy bars? Paula Deen: Well, see, that's what's going to make these so special. Okay, so just that quickly they are mixed up. So, what we want to do now is just take about half of our batter and just spread it out into a 13x9x2 and I have lined this with tin foil just to make it a easy clean up. Now what makes this brownie so simply delicious is we are using three candy bars. Jamie Deen: Just like this? Paula Deen: Oh, actually I like mine turned up. So I can see the right movement. So you can use any kind of candy bars you want. So you will just want to make sure you use the big ones, three of them, you are getting the picture, aren't you? Now we are going to take the other half of our batter and just pour over those candy bars and when you bind into those brownies, up jump the devil honey. So there we go. Our brownies have cooled, and look because I have used that tin foil, look at that it's just flipped out so nice and easy. And I am just going to I think cut this in third. We don't do biness. Jamie Deen: Thirds? Paula Deen: Yeah, let's do three, three you know because -- Jamie Deen: What's wrong with halves? Paula Deen: Alright. These are so good and so rich. It is out of this world. Alright, now I have - look Jamie. Jamie Deen: Oh great! Paula Deen: Mama knows how to do it, doesn't she son? Jamie Deen: You sure do. Paula Deen: Alright. Well, why don't we just do two kind of like them? Jamie Deen: What are you doing now? Paula Deen: Well, nothing. I mean just taking a little fresh cream and our little fresh chopped pecans and a little fresh chopped candy bars. Now, if you are on a diet, you don't have to do these. You can just eat your brownie plain. Alright, so just stir that in. Look, it looks like a piece of divinity up there. Jamie Deen: That's too much of powdered sugar of course. Paula Deen: Yes, powdered sugar, powdered sugar. Alright, put your vegetables on. You know you always have to eat something green. Jamie Deen: Yeah, we put a vegetable on there. Paula Deen: I have made -- I formulated a dessert when I was - do it. Oh! Alright. Jamie Deen: Oh, this looks so good. Paula Deen: It does look good, don't it? Sure to make your mouth water, Symphony Brownies.
