One of the recipes for the first trimester is Pregnant Lady Casserole. Why do I call with this? The top of this hot dish is covered with pickles, hard-boiled eggs, and ice cream. Okay, not the ice cream. Leaving your food craving for pickles aside, if you recall the daily recommendation for fiber is 28 grams. Pregnant Lady Casserole is an excellent source of fiber over five grams per serving. In addition, one serving is also a good source of folate so eat up.
