Female: What are we going to be making today? Shaun Goldman: Today we’re going to be making a Caterpillar Roll. Before we begin with our sushi Rice that’s just very sticky, we need a bowl of water, ginger, vinegar, and lemon tops to help keep the rice from sticking to our hands as well as our half sheet of Nori which we’ll use to place the rice on. Reach in, grab a rice bowl about the size of your hand and make it an indention with your finger. Turn it over, bring it over to your Nori regular seaweed paper and then you’re going to spread this out a nice even fashion without pressing too hard. You don’t want to crush the rice. Now we are ready to add our ingredients. We’ll take our rice. Flip it over, we should get our eel preheated up and pick that up there gently. It’s very soft, bring it over the toaster oven raise this one here so they can get the heat. We are ready to add our cucumber. We got a handful of that suite it up here place that on here evenly, carefully remove this from the toaster on an even fashion and we’re ready roll this up. Bring it back just a little bit from the edge. Hold the ingredients inside with your fingers. Toll it over thrust the top and repeat one more time. We have our base of the roll. Next we’ll cut our avocado. Left to right and we’re ready to reform the avocado by the shape of the roll. You use the bamboo mat shiny side down and thrust gently. Try not to pierce the avocado and we are ready. We can cut them. Now we are ready to put it on the plate and give to eat. Last but not the least add our eel sauce. It’s got a sweet flavor too. Female: It really looks like a caterpillar Shaun Goldman: That’s why it’s called the Caterpillar Roll, are you ready to try it? Female: Yeah, that sounds good. Shaun Goldman: Alright you first.
