Today I will make for you the all so popular Russian Roulette. So we’ll get things a little bit on fire today for you. We start off with some Galliano, pretty much a quarter ounce in each cup or shooter. We’ll take some Sambuca, about an ounce or so. Each lemon should be coated with a little bit of sugar. Put your snifter on a rock glass and we start flambéing the Sambuca. Take your time with this, you don’t have to rush. You want to make sure that your Sambuca is nice and hot, but not too hot that it’s going to crack your glass and I hope you’re ready for the fireworks. Now, we can add a little bit more drizzling of Sambuca.
