Hi, I’m Sandy with Afloral and today, we’re going to make a European garden. It's a dish garden and instead of using real plants, we’re going to use silk plants. This is for all of you who have a little trouble keeping the real ones alive. We’re starting out with a container. Any container is fine, baskets, ceramic, plastic, whatever you have and then I have some dry flower foam inside and on top some Spanish moss. You can also use sheet moss. The idea is to hide the foam so that it looks more natural and this looks a little bit what like what might be on the ground than plastic foam. So, we’ll start like this and then the European garden, we have some flowering plant which makes it quite beautiful. So we’ll start with a little silk African violet. It's very beautiful, very realistic looking and for anyone who’s tried to grow the, if you have a hard time, this is the kind you want. I often think about getting some violet flowers and just sticking them in my African violet at home. You can mix some green plants in with your flowering plants. So we’ll put a little vine in. You want to cover up our flower and might have some oxalis here. This is like a clover. You can look on here, maybe there’s some four leaf ones for some good luck and see how beautiful we’re getting a flower garden look. I also thought if we’re going to do something a little one sided, maybe it would have some of this yellow larkspur growing up tall in the back. Just cut the stem off and put in as many flowers as you would like and make sure that you’ve group them together because you would like them to look like a single plant even though it's several stems and I’ve used the three of them. Then in the back side, we want to fill that in. So, what I’m going to do is take one bunch of ivy, put a little of it together in the back and then some of these single pieces around to fill in. Even though I’ve made this a design that faces one way, I call this washing behind the ears. You do it even if people don’t see it, just to be careful. There will always be that one person that picks it up and wants to look at the backside. So let's’ give them something to look at. Okay, so there we have European garden, flowers and green plants.
