Erik Michielsen: Why is walking away from the startup so difficult and what’s on your experience here? Marc Ferrentino: So I walked away from a couple of start ups and it is very difficult, start ups are amazing it’s one of the best experiences you can possibly have it, the most fun you can possibly have it really is. It’s kind a like little like flagging in it when there is respect right and when you go to the process where your very bend of others it’s you against the world. Your bear told got those time at night, you’re eating horribly, your you know but it’s amazing, it is exciting. So I think because of that you want to getting you can’t help yourself for getting emotionally attached to the start up to the idea, to the people around you and to the vision really that you have and some of that the vision of the product and the vision of changing the world which is typically what you will see and all start ups that’s the idea you can somehow change the world and of course the vision of the greatness of you know some sort of exit that you know that will push on easy straight. It becomes very hard to walk away of what your basis to saying goodbye to the dream that you’re acknowledging and you also acknowledging would be failure which is not easy to do, that idea that hey if I don’t stop, I don’t quit, I didn’t feel yet. It’s like you make the best structure and you even really – until I sell it I haven’t really loss money yet you know. And that’s the bit of it, a big piece of it and so what’s you wanted to happening is you want to staying for too long, you want up dragging on your time there and then you become resentful in a lot of cases and it’s very hard for most of us to walk away to say okay you know what I don’t think this is going to happen, I’m going to walk away. A lot of times gets must easier to equating or you are trader or you’re something else you know you’re not the believer anymore and that makes you know and you’re bad person because it is not case a lot of time the case so it’s a very, very difficult thing to do and you actually be stronger to walk away from within this day.
