Host: How do I handle the stresses in my life? Gwendolyn Francavillo: It’s important to find balance in your life, so reduce the stress that you have be it good stress or bad stress and releasing that stress, so if you release your stress by working out or having quiet time or spending time with friends or just getting away from it all. Going to vacation or taking a drive, it’s finding your best way to do with your stress, and not allowing it to get the best of you, so really releasing that and allowing yourself time to do what you need and what you need to do.
