A Microsoft Word, you can select two or more objects at the same time and group them together so they act as if they were one object. This is pretty easy to do. First of all, you want to select all the objects that you want to be included. And like I said, it needs to be at least two objects. I have these three objects plays exactly how I’d like for them to be, and you got to make sure that they’re exactly how you want them to be before you group them. So I’m going to go to ahead and click on the first subject that I want to group, hold down my shift key on my keyboard, and then click to select the other objects. Now, I can release my shift key and click on the format tab at the top of the screen if necessary, and you're looking for the group button. And click the arrow beside it and you will see you have a couple options. We only have this one available because nothing else has a group yet. Go ahead and click on group and you’ll notice now how are handles are only for this one object. They’re not three separate objects anymore. They’re just one object. You’ll notice if you’ll move it. You can move all of them together. So that’s how you can quickly group objects together in Microsoft Word.
